1	Remove the lock (11)
2	Remove the taper roller bearing (10)	 use the pressure part (03) of the disassembling set.

3.1	Remove the constant gear 1 (8.1) and the needle bearing (9)	Gearbox 715.504/527
3.2	Remove the constant gear 1(8.2), the coupling body (8.3) and the needle bearing (9)	Gearbox 715.517
4.1	Remove the ring spring (6), the synchronizing ring (7) from the constant gear 1 (8.1)	Gearbox 715.504/527
4.2	Remove the ring spring (6), the synchronizing ring (7) from the coupling body (8.3)	Gearbox 715.517
5	Remove the lock ring (5) and the oil deflector (4)	Only if necessary.
6	Remove the lock ring (3) and the oil pipe (2)	Only if necessary.
	Assemble
7	Assemble the new oil pipe (2) in the main shift (1) and install the lock ring (3)	 Only when the oil pipe (2) is removed.
8	Assemble the oil deflector (4) and the lock ring (5)	Assemble: the oil deflector rubber lip (4) must be faced outside.
9	Check the wearing between the synchronizing ring (7) and the coupling sleeve		AR26.50-B-0420-12TA

10.1	Fit the ring spring (6) in the synchronizing ring (7) and install the constant gear 1 (8.1)	Gearbox 715.504/527 Grease the ring spring (6) and the synchronizing ring.
10.2	Fit the ring spring (6) in the synchronizing ring (7) and install it in the coupling body (8.3)	Gearbox 715.517 Grease the ring spring (6) and the synchronizing ring.
11.1	Assemble the needles bearing (9) in the main shaft (1) and install the constant gear 1 (8.1)	Gearbox 715.504/527 Lubricate the needle roller bearing (9).
11.2	Assemble the needles bearing (9) in the main shaft (1) and install the coupling body(8.3) with the constant gear 1 (8.2)	Gearbox 715.517 Lubricate the needle roller bearing (9).

12	Heat the taper roller bearing (10) at 80 °C assemble it in the main shaft	After the bearing internal track returns to the environment temperature, confirm if it is totally supported in its stopper, using a proper mandrel
13	Assemble the lock (11)	Assemble the lock (11) without play, if necessary use a new lock with another thickness.	*BE26.50-B-1001-01C
