2 | Remove the planet assembly (3) from the ring gear (6) according indicated (arrows A) | Disassemble the planet assembly (3) with slight hits on a wood support. | |
3 | Remove the synchronizing ring (17), the synchronizing cone (12), and the ring spring (13), the spacer ring (11) and the coupling sleeve (16) | ||
4 | Remove the lock (15) | ||
5 | Remove the synchronizing body (14) | Use a proper puller and the pressure support (19). | |

8 | Remove the synchronizing cone (12) from the drag ring (10) | ||
9 | Remove the lock (4) and the ball bearing (5) from the ring gear (6) | ||
10 | Disassemble the planet assembly (3) | ||

11 | Check the wearing between the synchronizing cone (12) and the coupling sleeve (16) | ||
12 | Assemble the oil pipe (2) and the lock ring (1) | ||
13 | Assemble the planet assembly (3) | ||

14 | Assemble the ball bearing (5) in the ring gear (6) ad install the lock (4) | ||

15 | Heat the ball bearing (5) at 80 °C and fit it in the ring gear (6) and assemble the planet assembly (3) | ||
16 | Install the drag ring (10) | ||
17 | Assemble the ring spring (13) in the synchronizing cone (12) and compress it in the drag ring (10) | Check the ring spring (13) for wearing, if necessary replace. Grease the synchronizing cone (12). | |

18 | Heat the synchronizing body (14) at 80 °C and assemble it the planet assembly (6) | The synchronizing body long collar (14) must indicate to the output. | |
19 | Install the lock (15) | ||
20 | Assemble the spacer ring (11) | The oil hole (arrow B) must indicate to the planet assembly (3). | |
21 | Fit the coupling sleeve (16) | the collar (arrow C) of the coupling sleeve (16) must indicate to the output. | |
22 | Assemble the ring spring (13) in the synchronizing cone (12) and compress it in the synchronizing ring (17) | Check the ring spring (13) for wearing, if necessary replace. Grease the synchronizing cone (12). | |
