Remove the countershaft cover (1)

Remove the compensating washer (3) and the sealing rings (2) and (11)

Remove the input shaft cover (8)

5

Remove the compensating washers (4) the sealing ring (5) and the sealing rings (9) and (10)

Remove the oil deflector (6)

Remove the radial seal (7) from the input shaft



Installing

Install the radial seal (7) on the input shaft

 Apply long lasting grease in the space behind the sealing lip of the radial seal (7).

Install the oil deflector (6)

 Lubricate the sealing lip of the deflector (6) with long lasting grease.

Calculate the thickness of the compensating washers (3) and (4) for the covers of the input shaft (8) and countershaft (1)

Install the compensating washers (3) and (4) with the respective determined thickness for the covers of the input shaft (8) and countershaft (1)

Install the countershaft cover (1)

 Apply chemical lock on the bolts of the countershaft cover (1).

Replace the sealing rings (2), (11).

Install the input shaft cover (8)

 Apply chemical lock on the bolts of the input shaft cover (1).

Replace the sealing rings (5), (9) and (10).
