	Removal
Danger!	Risk of accident by involuntary vehicle movement with engine running. 1	Release pressure from secondary pneumatic circuit	 To release pressure, open secondary pneumatic circuit reservoir bleeder valve.
2	Remove lining from below engine compartment and transmission
3	Remove electric connectors from clutch actuator (1)
4	Disconnect pneumatic tubing (3) from clutch actuator (1)	With compressed air connection system “VOSS 230”	AR42.10-B-0900A
		With air connection system “VOSS 232” (NG 8, 12) or “SCHAFER SDF” (NG 6).	AR42.10-B-0900B
Danger!	Risk of injury by seizing or compression of body parts when working on clutch actuators under pressure	Always remove ignition key and bleed clutch actuator before clutch actuator removal.	AS25.00-B-0001-01A
5	Remove protection cover (5) from valve (4)	 Apply pressure to valve stem (6) to establish a balance between ambient pressure and clutch actuator pressure.
6	Loosen screws (2) and remove clutch actuator (1)
	Installation
7	Adjust clutch actuator (1) tappet	 Only for installation of a new clutch or a new tappet.	AR25.20-B-3000-01BB

8	Install clutch actuator (1) tappet on clutch fork
9	Install clutch actuator (1)		*BA25.20-B-1001-01O
10	Install pneumatic tubing (3) for clutch actuator (1)	Installation: Replace sealing rings.
11	Install electric connectors for clutch actuator (1)
12	Install lining under engine compartment
13	Reprogram transmission gearshift control unit	 Perform a small transmission reprogramming	AR54.21-B-0009BA
