Remove the tubes from the injectors (2)



Install new injector tubes (2)

 Whenever the injector tubes (2) are removed, they must compulsorily be replaced.

 Do not bend the injection tubes (2), observe their installation position



Risk of accident due to the involuntary movement when the engine is operating. Risk of injury due to being smashed and burns due to contact during the start-up process or with the operating engine

Make sure that the vehicle will not accidentally move. Wear work clothes well closed and tight. Do not touch the heated or moving parts.

Actuate the engine start-up and bleed the fuel system

 The fuel system performs the bleed automatically. Let the engine operating for approx. 1 min, if the engine stops or does not start to operate, repeat the start-up process after 2 min.

Shutdown the engine

Check the tightness of the new tubes of the injectors (2).

In the case of leaks, replace the damaged new injector tubes (2).

Install the engine coating (1)

Install the left side encapsulation
