Ventilsitzbreite (b) messen

 Falls erforderlich, Ventilsitzbreite (b) mittels Korrekturwinkel (γ) korrigieren.

Ventil einsetzen, Dichtheit prüfen

 Bedienungsanleitung des Werkzeugherstellers beachten.

Abstand Ventilschaftende bis Nockenwellenlagergrund messen

 Dazu Rundmaterial Ø 5 mm mittig in den Nockenwellenlagergrund einlegen und Abstand mit Messschieber mit ausreichender Skala messen.
