	REMOVAL
1	Remove valves		AR05.30-B-3511DD
2	Tighten the cylinder head (2)
3	With gauge (3), check the inside diameter of valve guides (B)	 If it is possible to insert the side (3) of the gauge marked "+" in the valve guide (1), the valve guide (1) has to be replaced.	*BE05.30-B-1003-02B

4	Remove the valve guides (1) from cylinder head (2) from the combustion side		*103589031500
	Installing
5	Measure the bore diameter for valve guide in cylinder head (A)	 If the dimensions are out of testing values dimensions, machine the bore for valve guide in cylinder head (A) to the next repair stage. Turn the reamer only clockwise.	*BE05.30-B-1002-02B
		 Note the interference of the valve guide (1) in relation to cylinder head (2).	*BE05.30-B-1007-02B

6	Place valve guide (1) in cooling box and pour liquid nitrogen in the box	 Super cool the valve guide (1) for 20 to 30 minutes.

7	Heat cylinder head (2) in a water bath.	 Approximate temperature 80°C
8	Use pliers to remove the valve guide (1) from the deep cool box and press it in the warmed up cylinder head (2) with the drift (4) and the spacer sleeve (6)	 The spring seat plates have to be removed.	*BE05.30-B-1004-02B
		 Observe the identification of the spacer sleeve (6): Sleeve (intake valve) = E 14.5 mm Sleeve (exhaust valve) = E 18.0 mm	*BE05.30-B-1005-02B

9	Ream the valve guide inside diameter	 Ream to diameter. 7.95 mm with reamer (adjustable). Turn the reamer only clockwise.
