1 Screw plug (M16 x 1.5)

2 Screw plug (M20 x 1.5)

3 Screw plug (M14 x 1.5)

4 Screw plug (M20x1.5)

5 Screw plug (M18 x 1.5)

	Remove and install
1	Remove crankshaft		AR03.20-B-4351TA
2	Remove camshaft		AR05.20-B-6292TA
3	Remove lubricating oil injectors from the pistons		AR18.00-B-4000TC
4	Remove the heat exchanger (oil / water)	Engine 906.9	AR18.30-B-6840TD
		Engine 904.9	AR18.30-B-6840TA
		 if there are any metal particles in the oil circuit, the heat interchanger must be replaced.
5	Remove and clean the oil filter case	 in the existence of impurity, replace the oil filter element.	AR18.20-B-3471TA
6	Remove compressor	Engine 904.9, 906.9	AR13.30-B-5510TA

7	Disassemble the rocker arm system and clean the oil ducts in the cylinder head and rocker arm system	 Only when the oil duct in the cylinder head is dirty or when there are metal particles in the oil circuit.	AR05.00-B-5541TA
8	Remove the remaining components, which are provided with engine oil i.e. installed in the engine oil circuit	 Clean components.
9	Unscrew the screw plug (4) and clean the main oil duct with compressed air	 The main oil duct to the cylinder head must be cleaned first.
		replace seal ring.

10	Remove the closing plug (2)	 apply the fast-dry adhesive on the screw plug (2).	*BR00.45-B-1010-02A

11	Remove the screw plugs (3, 5)	 replace the seal rings.

12	Remove the screw plug (1) or oil pressure sensor and clean the main duct for the remaining oil with compressed air	replace the seal rings.

13	Install in reverse order
