Danger! | Safety measures to perform gas maintenance services | Disconnect the battery negative cable or switch off the general switch. | |
1 | Clean the engine upper part. | ||
2 | Disconnect the electronic connection (6) of the map-sensor. | ||
3 | Release the clamp ad disconnect the hose (5) from the map-sensor. | Install: Check the clamp and hose state and, if necessary, replace it only by an original hose. | |
4 | Release the clamp ad disconnect the hose (1). | ||
5 | Remove the fixing bolts (2) from the cover together with the map-sensor (7). | Install: Righten the bolts equally and alternately. | |
The map-sensor bracket is attached by fixing bolts (2) from the head cover (8). | |||

6 | Release the brackets (3) and (4) put them away. | The brackets are attached with one of the fixing bolts (2) from the head cover (8). | |

7 | Remove the cover (8). | Install: Apply a new gasket, observing that the contact surface is clean. | |
8 | Install in reverse order. |
