Please note that the local conditions together with the usage profile mean that the coolant and the oil have to be changed on vehicles with code B3H (Secondary coolant-retarder). Vehicles without code B3H (Secondary coolant-retarder) retain the regular coolant change during a service.
For a corresponding oil change, the coolant replacement is to be invoiced through damage code 0002N-01, as shown in the graphic. At every 4th oil change, these costs are to be borne by the customer.
This cost acceptance is guaranteed for 5 years until 900,000 km is reached. Depending on which is reached first.

This billing procedure also applies in a service contract case.
