Increasingly two-mass flywheels are being replaced under damage code 03 032 with the following complaint:
Two-mass flywheel out-of-round/unbalance
Two-mass flywheel noises
When two-mass flywheels were checked by the Sachs company no tolerance deviations were able to be established.
Two-mass flywheels which do not exhibit any deviations are redebited including all the associated costs.
In the event of complaints about the two-mass flywheel this must be checked as per the test procedure which is under KG 03 in the ServiceNet.
