In order to check the current vehicle level, the air suspension control unit is woken when the vehicle is unlocked. A message in the instrument cluster alerts the driver to this situation.

Function requirements

Ignition ON (circuit 15)

Function

At ignition OFF, the drive program automatically switches to Comfort. When the engine is started, the vehicle is raised to normal level.

If, before ignition OFF, a high level is set, this is retained, even if the engine is started again.

If the pressure in the central reservoir is insufficient, the vehicle level is corrected immediately. The vehicle level is not corrected until the engine is started, because the air suspension compressor is only actuated when the engine is running.
