1 | Remove seat | ||
2 | Remove seat cushion | ||
3 | Connect seat to compressed air supply unit of workshop | ||

4 | Move seat to top position using seat height adjustment button | ||
5 | Secure seat in top position | ||

6 | Remove left paneling | ||
7 | Remove bellows from seat frame | ||
8 | Remove air spring (B) | Only with lower parts of spring (H) without mounting bore. | |
9 | Completely remove the air line wiring harness | ||
| Install | ||
10 | Install air spring (B) | Only with lower parts of spring (H) without mounting bore. | |
11 | Install complete air line wiring harness on seat | On driver seat. | |
On passenger seat. | |||

12 | Attach left paneling | ||
13 | Release seat in top position | ||

14 | Check seat adjustment functions | Perform a visual inspection while doing so. Check and ensure that electrical cables or air lines do not chafe when the seat is moved up and down. | |
15 | Install bellows on seat frame | Replace clips, they are part of the repair kit for the air lines. | |
16 | Attach seat cushion | ||
17 | Disconnect seat from compressed air supply lines of workshop | ||
