1 | Disconnect ground lead from battery | Do not interrupt main battery current in heater mode or in the run-on phase. | |
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being jammed and crushed when tilting cab | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab during tilting. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut. | |

3 | Remove heater | ||
4 | Remove combustion air blower | ||
5 | Unclip flat plug (5) of chamber nos. 3 and 4 from connector housing (6) | | |
6 | Pull electrical line (2) through to flame monitor (1) | Installation: Route electrical line beneath fuel line. | |
7 | Remove flame monitor from burner housing (3) | | |
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
Danger! | Risk of explosion caused by fuel vapors igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling combustible gases and risk of injury caused by burns during and after operation of heater unit | Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves. | |
