1 | Disconnect ground lead from battery | Do not interrupt main battery current in heater mode or in the run-on phase. | |
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being jammed and crushed when tilting cab | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab during tilting. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut. | |

4 | Remove combustion air blower | ||
5 | Remove burner housing (1) with burner tube (2) from heat exchanger (4) | If burner housing sticks Place screwdriver in groove (arrow A). | |

6 | Unscrew screws (5) from burner housing | | |
7 | Remove burner tube with gasket (6) | Guide burner tube out of burner housing with tilting movements (direction of arrow) until the fuel line (9) has been pulled out of both line grommets (10). Installation: | |
8 | Remove the gasket | Installation: The burner tube has projections (11) for the seal recesses (12). | |
9 | Release cotton felt ring (7) from the journals (8) in the seat and remove | Installation: Only touch new cotton felt ring at aluminum seat ring and carefully insert. | |
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
