Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

 Bolt, resonator for charge air to charge air pipe and bracket

Slacken off poly-V-belt and remove from refrigerant compressor (1)

Install new poly-V belt.

Remove cable tie from electrical connector (2)

Separate electrical connector (2) of magnetic clutch

Remove refrigerant lines (3) at connecting point

 Seal off connections of refrigerant lines (3).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor oil.

Remove bolt (4) from holder on air intake pipe

Release bolt (5) on alternator and turn holder (6) in direction of arrow

Remove bolts (7) and remove refrigerant compressor (1)

Remove refrigerant lines (8) with holder (9) from refrigerant compressor (1)

Only if the A/C compressor (1) is replaced.
