Persons with active electronic implants (e.g. cardiac pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off the entire lighting system. 2 | Remove left turn signal lamp (E6/1) or right turn signal lamp (E6/2) | Using the screwdriver in the hole (detail) at the end of the fender landing, unfasten the catch and push out the turn signal light towards the front. | |

5 | Disconnect electrical connection (2) (lamp unit) and electrical connection (4) (motor of headlamp range adjustment) from left front lamp unit (E1) or right front lamp unit (E2) | ||
6 | Carefully pull out left front lamp unit (E1) or right front lamp unit (E2) towards the front | Installation: Align xenon lamp unit so that the distances between the fender and closed engine hood are equal. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | Operation steps 7 to 1. | |
