2 | Tighten Torx screws (4) of sliding element (10) | | |
3 | Loosen Torx screws (5) for guide wedge (9) so that guide wedge can be moved | It must be possible to move the guide wedge during the entire adjusting procedure. Adjust the position of the guide wedge (9) in relation to the sliding element (10) so that the sliding door can be closed during the adjusting procedure. | |

5 | Adjust flatness, installation depth and stop of sliding door | To avoid wind noises the installation depth in the area of B-pillar should be flush to 1 mm recessed and in the area of the C-pillar flush to 1 mm extending. | |

6 | Install rubber buffer on sliding door | If not installed, install rubber buffer to avoid damage to the B-pillar when the sliding door is closed with a swing. The rubber buffers are installed at the factory as a standard feature as of VIN 725 456. See: | |
