1 | Fully open side window of rear door (1) | ||
2 | Remove lower B-pillar trim (2) | ||
3 | Remove cover (3) from B-pillar (4) | ||
4 | Pull out electrical connector (arrow) from B-pillar (4) and disconnect | ||
5 | Remove grommet (5) from B-pillar (4) | ||
6 | Pull electrical door wiring harness out of B-pillar (4) in direction of rear door (1) | ||
7 | Unscrew screw (6) and remove door holder (7) from B-pillar (4) | ||
8 | Install lifting device on rear door (1) | ||

9 | Remove nuts (8) and remove rear door (1) from hinges (9) | ||
| Install | ||
10 | Position rear door (1) on hinges (9) and tighten nuts (8) so that rear door (1) is fixed in hinges (9) | ||

11 | Remove lifting device from rear door (1) | ||
12 | Position door holder (7) on B-pillar (4) and tighten screw (6) | Bolt, door holder to B-pillar | |
13 | Adjust rear door (1) | ||
14 | Insert electrical door wiring harness from the outside to the inside into B-pillar (4) | ||
15 | Pull connector and connector socket of electrical connector (arrow) out from B-pillar (4), connect and then position in B-pillar | ||
16 | Install grommet (5) in B-pillar (4) | ||
17 | Install cover (3) on B-pillar (4) | ||
18 | Install lower B-pillar trim (2) | ||

19 | Perform function test of hinges (9), door holder (7) and electrical components installed in rear door (1) |
