1 Install refrigerant lines (C, G) on expansion valve . Observe specified tightening torque.

With code (HH9) Regulated air conditioning (Tempmatic) or with code (HH7) Additional air conditioning in rear

Install refrigerant lines (C, G) with new sealing rings. Coat sealing rings with compressor oil before installing.

2 Install coolant hoses (3) on firewall.

3 Install universal joint (1) on lower steering shaft (2) Observe specified tightening torque.
