Ensure that one side window is open.

 One side window must be open.
Windshield can otherwise be pressed outwards by the resulting air pressure when a vehicle door is closed during the curing time.

Apply glue bead with triangular nozzle directly to sealing frame (2) starting at bottom in center of window.

 Install windshield within 5 min when bonding with 2-component adhesive and within 10 min when bonding with 1-component adhesive.
Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

 Model 900, 901, 902, 903, 904, 905
Apply first 5 cm of adhesive bead on a piece of paper, as the adhesive components are initially not yet properly mixed.

 When applying, the adhesive bead must have the same height as the triangular nozzle cutout. Apply adhesive bead to windshield.
To correctly apply adhesive bead, hold squeeze gun at a right angle to windshield.

Allow end of adhesive bead to run out parallel to start of adhesive bead.

Connect both ends of adhesive bead without gap.

Attach cup suction tools to windshield.

Pick up windshield and center with adhesive strips (12, arrows) over body shell aperture and carefully mount.

 Helper required.

 It is no longer possible to move windshield after insertion.
Curing time:
1-component adhesive min. 2 h.
2-component adhesive at least 1 h.

Carefully press on windshield.

 Windshield may only be pressed on by one person.
Otherwise the side window can break if pressed on both sides simultaneously.
