Raise vehicle.

Position suitable, clean receptacles under the exhaust opening (arrow).

Remove plug (1) and capture escaping AdBlue®.

 Depending on the structure, a small residual amount (< 0.2 l) remains in the AdBlue® container.

If the AdBlue® container has to be emptied completely,



remove AdBlue® container and remove residual amount.

Remove/install AdBlue(R) tank

Attach plug (1).

Remove the AdBlue® residues.

Lower vehicle.

Filling

Unscrew cap (2) of the AdBlue® filler neck.


Dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the EATS.
Otherwise, malfunctions and damage will occur in the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Fill AdBlue® tank with filling unit.



Never pour in further AdBlue® after switching off.
Otherwise there is a threat of damage occurring to the AdBlue® container.

 The filling tools are designed in such a way as to leave an unfilled space in the AdBlue® container after switching off.
