 	Remove/install
1	Remove front wheels
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary		AP40.10-P-4050Z
2	Turn steering
3	Slacken lock nut (3) on inner tie rod (2)	  Counter tie rod.	*BA46.40-P-1003-01B
4	Press off track rod joint on steering knuckle	 Installation: Replace self-locking nuts (5) and clean the cone.	AR46.40-L-0200-02VA

5	Unscrew tie rod (4) from inner tie rod (2)	 To facilitate the wheel alignment, mark the tie rod (4) with respect to the inner tie rod (2).
		 Installation: When assembling ensure that the boots of the rack-and-pinion steering (1) are not twisted.
	Checking
6	Check tie rod joint and rubber boot for wear and replace tie rod (4) if necessary
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Perform wheel alignment check		AR40.20-P-0200GC
