| Remove the protection plates (2)

| Unlock and release the screw (9) and remove the lock plate (7)
|
|
|

| Remove pins (10) with the help of an appropriate mandrel
|
|
|

| Remove brake shoes (5) with return springs (6) from the holder (1)
|
|
|
7
| Remove deflector washers (11) and O-rings (12)
|
|
|
8
| Check brake shoes (5) and replace worn out parts
| Disassemble/assemble brake shoes

| Install

| Set shoe driving camshaft "S" to position "zero"
|
|
|

| Assemble the new O-rings (12) and deflector washers (11) onto the shoes (5)
| Fill with long service life grease the space behind the sealing ring and the bushing groove.

|
|
| Molybdenum disulfide running-in paste

| Install the front shoe (5) in the mounting position and place the pin (10)
|
|
|

| Install the internal return spring (6), mount the back shoe (5) and place the pin (10)
|
|
|

| Install the external return spring (6)
| Grip tongs for brake springs with approximately 360 mm (14") length.
|
|

| Align the shoe (5) pin grooves (10) and place the lock plate (7)
| Install the screw (9) and apply the lock (8).
