 Danger

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Retighten the wheel mounting nuts (1) after traveling the first 50 to 100 km

For vehicles equipped with wheel caps, remove them.

Remove/install wheels.

Loosen the wheel mounting nuts (1)

 In case of wheels centered using beveled washers.

 Installation: In order to facilitate centering, apply a light layer of grease to the beveled washers and to wheels beveled holes.
First, tight the 4 wheel mounting nuts (1) in the opposite direction, observing the fitting through the holes without the wheel mounting nuts (1).
Then, tight the other wheel mounting nuts (1).

Loosen the wheel mounting nuts (1)

 In case of wheels centered in the wheel hub (2).

 Tight wheel mounting nuts (1) crosswise.

Lift the vehicle until the wheels are free and support it on a bearing bracket


Do not lift the vehicle by the front or rear axles center point.
Otherwise, serious damage to the axles and occur.

 Lift the vehicle through the support point, between the springs support and the rear shaft case.
Use a wooden shim between the hack and the rear shaft.

Remove rear wheel mounting nuts (1), ball washers (2), rear wheels (5) and flat washers (3)

 In case of wheels centered using beveled washers.

 Installation: Install the external wheel air chamber valve with 180° offset related to the internal wheel valve.

Remove the rear wheel mounting nuts (1) and the wheel rims (6)

 In case of wheels centered in the wheel hub.

 Installation: Install the external wheel air chamber valve with 180° offset related to the internal wheel valve.



Check

Check the condition of tires and wheels, as well as wheels centering holes

 Installation: Thoroughly clean brake drum and rear wheel contact surfaces to allow proper fitting and centering of wheels.

Check if the rear wheel locking nuts (1) and the respective screws are damaged

Install in reverse order
