3 | Fit brake shoes to brake drum | Do this by turning the bolt (1) clockwise until the brake shoes touch the brake drum. | |
4 | Turn back bolt (1) approx. one half turn counter-clockwise | The creaking noise when the bolt (1) is turned back is normal. | |
5 | Check whether the brake drum can be turned freely | If the brake drum cannot be turned freely, keep turning the bolt (1) counter-clockwise until the brake drum can be turned freely. | |
6 | Perform steps 2 to 5 on all wheel brakes |
