Remove stop plugs (4) on the inspection holes of the brake support plate

In each case there is a stop plug (4) for the primary brake shoe and secondary brake shoe.

Check brake lining thickness of the primary brake shoe and secondary brake shoe

The service limit of the primary brake shoe and secondary brake shoe is marked by stepped edge (arrow). If the service limit is reached, the primary brake shoe and secondary brake shoe should be replaced subject to separate repair order:

Seal the inspection holes in the brake support plate with the stop plugs (4)

Carry out work steps 1 to 3 in sequence on all wheel brakes
