 The beam trammel for measuring of the vehicle frame is made up of the following tools:

- Contact arm (01)

- Measuring cone (02)

- Measuring TIPS (400 mm) (03)

- Beam trammel (05)

1 Measure reference dimension (H1) from check point (K) to check point (k3) in longitudinal member.

 To do so, use contact arm (01) for check point (K). Measure on left and right side in each case. If a screw is not turned to locate the contact arm in the weld nut, Then turn a suitable screw (M1030) from the interior into the weld nut.

2 Measure reference dimension (H2) from check point (k3) in longitudinal member to check point (k4) in longitudinal member located opposite.

 Measure on the left and right side in each case.

3 Measure reference dimension (H3) from check point (k3) in longitudinal member to check point (k4) in longitudinal member.

 Measure on the left and right side in each case.

 For correct measurement it may be necessary to detach the link rod (2) for the stabilizer bar on the frame.
