Check whether the measuring station is horizontal, level and clean

Check whether the load on the vehicle to be measured lies between 80 and 90 % of the payload, adapt, if necessary

 For vehicles with full air suspension, the influence of a load on the wheel alignment check is negligible.

Check whether the leaf springs or air suspension bellows are damaged



Check whether the tires or steering axes exhibit any wear, which indicates that the suspension has been incorrectly adjusted
