3 | Detach thrust ring (4) together with tapered roller bearing (5) | | |

4 | Take up lifting arm (13) in lifting device | Workshop-pit lifter electric-hydraulic - over 7.0 t | |
5 | Remove spring U-bolt (2) and counterholder (7) | Installation: Use new nuts (6). | |
6 | Take out lifting arm (13) and swing axle (3) | ||
7 | Detach flanged rings (9) from swing axle (3) | Installation: The bolts (10) must engage in the notches of the swing axle (3). Use new O-rings (8). | |
8 | Remove seals (11) from swing axle (3) | Installation: Use new seals and install with the narrow lip towards the lifting arm (13). | |
9 | Remove lifting arm (13) from the swing axle (3) | Installation: Center the lifting arm (13) on the swing axle (3). | |
10 | Check plain bearing (12) in lifting arm (13), replace if necessary | Use a suitable drift. Installation: Press in plain bearing flush. | |
11 | Install in the reverse order |
