Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Lift vehicle with lifting platform.

Unclip left or right trim (2) from tie rod (1) and remove.

Mark installation position of eccentric disk relative to screw (3).

 The eccentric disk (3) on the screw is used for toe adjustment.

Unscrew nut of screw (3).

 Installation:
Only tighten screws and nuts of chassis components in ready-to-drive condition.
Otherwise, the suspension components may be damaged.

 Installation: Always replace screws and nuts of the suspension components.

Unscrew nut from screw (4).

 Installation:
Only tighten screws and nuts of chassis components in ready-to-drive condition.
Otherwise, the suspension components may be damaged.

 Installation: Always replace screws and nuts of the suspension components.

 Nut, tie rod to wheel carrier

Remove screws (3, 4) and remove tie rod (1).

Install in the reverse order.



Measure

Perform chassis alignment.
