1	Remove steering knuckle complete		AR33.25-W-0450A
2	Mechanically locking differential lock	 With differential lock	AR33.40-W-0700A
3	Pull input shaft (7) out of axle housing (1)
4	Remove cellulose seal ring (8) from steering knuckle (12)
5	Remove radial sealing rings and needle bearings for the steering knuckle and axle housing		AR33.30-W-0535-01A

6	Detach inner races (5) from the drive shaft (7)	 Rough inner races and burst open using a blunt chisel. Avoid damaging the drive shaft.
7	Remove thrust plates (6) from drive shaft (7)
	Install
8	Slide thrust plate (6) and inner ring (5) onto the drive shaft	 Before installing, heat up thrust plate and inner race to 100 - 110 °C. The drive shaft must be free from oil and grease
9	Install needle bearing (11) and radial sealing rings (9 and 10) in the steering knuckle (12)		AR33.30-W-0535-02A

10	Install needle bearing (2) and radial sealing rings (3 and 4) in the axle housing (1)		AR33.30-W-0535-03A

11	Insert input shaft (7) into axle housing (1)	 In order to avoid damaging the radial sealing ring in the axle housing, insert the drive shaft as horizontally as possible into the axle housing.
12	Insert cellulose seal ring (8) into steering knuckle (12)	 The thickness of the cellulose sealing ring must be 10.5 mm. Before installing, coat the contact surface of the cellulose sealing ring with grease. The chamfered side must point inwards
13	Release differential lock, install pressure switch and connect plug	 With differential lock
14	Install steering knuckle complete		AR33.25-W-0450A
