Coat circumference of radial seals without rubberized external surface with sealant.

1 Use drift (1) to drive needle bearing (3) into axle housing (2) as far as the stop.

2 Grease needle bearing (3).

3 Drive in inner radial sealing ring (4) with the sealing lip towards the needle bearing (3).

The inner radial sealing ring only has one sealing lip.

4 Grease sealing lip.

5 Use drift (5), drive combination radial sealing ring (6) into the axle housing (2).

The chamfer on the housing of the combination radial sealing ring must point outwards.

6 Pack space between the dust lip and sealing lip with grease.
