1	Remove drive shaft through-drive with differential		AR33.30-W-0390A
2	Pull off grooved ball bearing (14)		AR33.30-W-0395-01A

3	Remove lower section of differential housing (5)
4	Remove pressure plate (12) and differential side gear (11)
5	Pull bushing (10) out of differential side gear		*000589303300

6	Release slotted nut (9) and screw off		*395589050700
7	Remove lower section of differential housing (5) with differential spider (8), pressure plates (6) and differential pinion (7) from drive shaft (1)
8	Remove countershaft gear cluster (3) with pressure plate (2) from input shaft (1)
9	Remove bushing (4) from countershaft gear cluster (3)		*395589011500
	Assemble
10	Fit bushing (4) all the way onto the countershaft gear cluster (3)		*395589011500
11	Place pressure plate (2) onto input shaft (1)	 Always install a 3.65 mm thick pressure plate (2).
12	Slide countershaft gear cluster (3) onto input shaft (1)
13	Insert differential housing lower part (5) in countershaft gear (3)
14	Insert differential spider (8) together with differential bevel gears (7) and pressure plates (6) into differential housing lower part (5)
15	Determine gear backlash on countershaft gear		AR33.30-W-0395-02A
16	Tighten slotted nut (9) and secure		*BA33.30-N-1009-06A

17	Install bushing (10) all the way into the differential side gear (11)		*395589021500
18	Mount differential side gear (11) with pressure plate (12) onto differential spider's differential pinion	 Always install a 2.35 mm thick pressure plate (12).
19	Install differential housing upper part (13)	 Note marking on differential housing upper and lower parts. Mount upper section such that the markings line up.
20	Tighten collar bolt (15)		*BA33.30-N-1010-06A
21	Check gear backlash on differential side gear		AR33.30-W-0395-03A
