2	Needle roller bearing
3	Inner race (needle roller bearing)
4	Radial shaft sealing ring
5	O-ring
6	Drive shaft
7	Thrust ring
8	Inner race
9	Cellulose seal ring
10	Radial shaft sealing ring
11	Radial shaft sealing ring
12	Needle roller bearing
13	Steering knuckle, complete (with wheel hub)

	Remove
1	Remove steering knuckle (13) complete with wheel hub		AR33.25-W-0450AH
2	Remove cellulose material sealing ring (9) and radial shaft sealing rings (10, 11) from steering knuckle (13)
3	Remove needle roller bearing (12) in steering knuckle (13)	 Internal extractor	*000589303300
		 Counter stay	*000589343300
4	Remove input shaft (6) from axle housing (1)		AR33.30-W-0535-07AH
5	Remove inner race (3) from the drive shaft (6)	Only when the previous drive shaft is reinstalled.
		 Roughen the inner race (3) and break open using a chisel.
6	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (4) and O-ring (5) from the drive shaft (6)
7	Remove inner race (8) from the drive shaft (6)	 Roughen the inner race (8) and break open using a chisel.
8	Remove needle bearing (2) from axle housing (1)	 Internal extractor	*000589303300
		 Counter stay	*000589343300
	Install
9	Prepare needle roller bearing seat in the axle housing (1) and install new needle roller bearing (2)		AR33.30-W-0535-09AH
		 The needle roller bearing (2) must always be glued in. Otherwise, it may slip in the axle housing and damage the needle roller bearing seat.

10	Clean needle roller bearing seat in the steering knuckle (13) and install new needle roller bearing (12)	 Drift	*387589021500
11	Grease needle roller bearing (2) in the axle housing (1) and needle roller bearing (12) in the steering knuckle (13)	Long-life grease	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A
12	Install new radial shaft sealing ring (11) in steering knuckle (13) with dust lip facing outward	 After installation, fill the space between the dust lip and the sealing lip with grease.

13	Install new radial shaft sealing ring (10) in steering knuckle (13) with dust lip facing outward	 After installation, fill the space between the dust lip and the sealing lip with grease.

14	Insert new cellulose seal ring (9) in steering knuckle (13) with chamfered side pointing inward	 Grease tread of the cellulose sealing ring (9) on the drive shaft (6).

15	Clean seat of the thrust ring (7) and the inner race (8) on the drive shaft (6) so that it is free of oil and grease

16	Heat thrust ring (7) and inner race (8) to approx. 100 °C and install onto the drive shaft (6) as far as the stop	 When warming, the specified temperature of 100 °C must not be exceeded. Otherwise, material changes may occur which can cause damage to the thrust ring (7) or the inner race (8).

17	Mount radial shaft sealing ring (4) and inner race (3) onto the drive shaft (6)		AR33.30-W-0535-06BH
		 When warming, the specified temperature of 100 °C must not be exceeded. Otherwise, material changes may occur which cause damage to the inner race (3).
