Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Move front wheels to straight-ahead position.

Remove front wheels.

Remove left and right torsion bar linkage.

Swivel stabilizer bar downwards.

Unscrew nut (2).

 Nut/bolt, suspension strut to lower control arm

Remove threaded pin (3).

 Installation: Check that the threaded pin (3) is in the correct installation position.

Remove suspension strut (1).

 To do so, unscrew nuts (4).

 Nut, spring retainer to body

Disassemble suspension strut (1).

If the suspension strut components are replaced.

Install in the reverse order.
