1 | Remove selector lever with bearing bracket | Do not remove selector cable. | |
2 | Remove EIS [EZS] control unit (N73) | Do not disconnect electrical connector at EIS [EZS] control unit (N73). | |

3 | Remove ignition switch control cable (2) at EIS [EZS] control unit (N73). | To do so, pull the EZS control unit (N73) downward, squeeze the locking tabs (2a) together, push the ignition lock cable (2) in the direction of the arrow and lift off. | |
4 | Remove ignition switch control cable (2) at selector lever bearing bracket (4). | To do so, squeeze the locking tab (2c) together, push the plug connection (2b) in the direction of the arrow, turn 90° (counterclockwise or clockwise) and pull off opposite the direction of the arrow. | |
5 | Install in the reverse order |
