Remove/install

 Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Remove air duct housing

Remove right rear engine suspension lug (1)



Remove bolts (2) on cylinder head



Detach rear lower engine compartment paneling

Remove bolt (3)



Loosen screw (4)



Remove oil filler pipe (5) upwards

 Catch escaping oil.

 Installation: Check sealing ring (6) and replace if necessary.

Install in the reverse order



Checking

Check oil level in automatic transmission; correct if necessary
