Disassemble the gearbox

Remove the safety lock (1) from the input shaft (3)

Remove the ball bearing (2) from the input shaft (3)



Assemble

 Warning

Risk of injury. Skin or eye injuries may result when handling hot or glowing objects.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.

Heat up the ball bearing (2) to 80 °C and install

Install the safety lock (1)

 Install the safety lock (1) without clearance, if necessary utilize new safety lock (1) of another thickness.
