Remove/install

Unpressurized circuit 4 of compressed-air system

Disconnect electrical connector

Detach compressed-air line from shift cylinder (40)

Detach shift cylinder (40) from power take-off

Installation: Clean the thread in the power take-off. Install a new seal (41).

Bolt, shift cylinder to shift housing

Remove piston with shift rod (43) from power take-off

Installation: Insert the piston with shift rod (43) through the shift fork (45) and compression spring (46) into the bush (47).

Remove slide ring (42) and sealing ring (44) from piston with shift rod (43).

Installation: Install a new slide ring (42) and sealing ring (44) and coat with lubricant.

Synthetic grease 50 g

Install in the reverse order

Pour in transmission oil and correct transmission oil level
