1 | Unpressurized circuit 4 of compressed-air system | ||
2 | Detach electrical connection from solenoid valve of shift cylinder (5) | ||
3 | Detach compressed-air line from shift cylinder (5) | ||
4 | Remove shift cylinder (5) with shift rod (2) | ||
5 | Remove shift rod (2) from shift cylinder (5) | ||
6 | Remove sealing ring (1) and support ring (3) from shift rod (2) | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Push sealing ring (1) and support ring (3) onto shift rod (2) | Replace sealing ring (1) and support ring (3) and coat with lubricant. | |
Synthetic grease 50 g | |||
8 | Insert shift rod (2) in shift cylinder (5) | Coat slide surfaces of shift rod (2) with lubricant. | |
Synthetic grease 50 g | |||
9 | Install shift cylinder (5) with new seal (4) | Insert shift rod (2) into shift fork and housing bore. | |
Screw/bolt, shift cylinder to shift housing | |||
10 | Attach compressed-air line to shift cylinder (5) | ||
11 | Connect electrical connection to solenoid valve of shift cylinder (5) | ||
12 | Pour in transmission oil and correct transmission oil level | ||
