 	Remove/install

2	Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter		AR09.10-S-8130SE
3	Remove fan from fan drive		AR20.40-S-5614SE
4	Remove engine covers		AR01.10-S-2405SE
5	Remove engine mount bolts		*BA22.10-N-1001-01O
6	Put on engine support clamp	 Lift engine carefully to avoid causing damage.	AR33.10-S-0100-01S
		 Installation: The anti-twist lock (1) on engine mount must be seated in planned cutout of engine support.

7	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling	Only on model 639.7/8 as of vehicle identification number (VIN) 055347	AR61.20-S-1105S
8	Remove electric lines on starter		AR15.30-S-7100SE
9.1	Unplug electrical cable on engine support (1)	Only for engine 642.9
9.2	Disconnect electrical line from bracket (3)	Only for engine 642.8
		 Unscrew bolts from return line (4).
10	Remove bracket (3)	 Remove bolt (5) to do this.
11	Remove engine supports (1)	 To do this, remove bolts (2).
		 Installation: Replace bolts (2).

12	Install in the reverse order
