Remove/install

Deactivate easy entry and exit feature for steering wheel.

Move front wheels to straight-ahead position and fix steering wheel in place with holding device.


Do not twist steering wheel when the steering coupling was removed.
Non-observance will result in damage to clock spring contact.

Attach engine support fixture and raise engine slightly.

Lift engine with engine support fixture.


Raise engine carefully.
Damage may otherwise occur to lines and hoses.

Remove left and right engine mount (1).

 Observe environmental protection regulations for the disposal of the left and right engine mount (1). Dispose of the left and right engine mount(1) in mixed scrap.

 Always replace left and right engine mount(1) in pairs.

Install in the reverse order.
