1 | Open engine hood | ||
2 | Unclip front engine cover (1) | See Remove air filter housing. | |
3 | Remove left and right engine intake air duct (2) | ||
4 | Drain coolant at radiator | Vehicles with transmission 722.9 | |
5 | Unclip retaining clamp (4) from coolant hose (3) at the oil filter housing | ||
6 | Detach coolant hose (3) from radiator and place it on engine | Vehicles with transmission 722.9 | |
7 | Pull off connector (5) of fan shroud (6) | ||
8 | Unlatch upper mounts (8) at radiator and take out fan shroud (6) from upper and lower mounts (8, 9) at cooler | Installation: Ensure correct positioning of retaining tabs (10, 11) of fan shroud (6) in the upper and lower mounts (8, 9) at cooler. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
