1 | Open engine hood | ||
2 | Remove engine trim panel | ||
3 | Remove radiator crossmember (2) | ||
4 | Pull off flat springs (4) on the upper side of the fan shroud (5) | ||
5 | Loosen the coolant hose (6) from the brackets (7) at the fan shroud (5) | ||
6 | Remove the plug (8) from the fan shroud (5) | ||
7 | Take out the fan shroud (5) in the upward direction. | Installation: Insert the retaining lugs of the fan shroud (5) into the mounts at the radiator (9). | |
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Read out fault memory | ||
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory | ||
