2 | Tilt cab | Installation: Tilt the cab back after the leak test has been conducted | |

3 | Drain coolant | Partially drain coolant. | |
4 | Disconnect electrical line (2) on coolant level switch and expose | ||
5 | Remove coolant hoses (3, 4, 6, 7) on expansion reservoir (5) | ||
6 | Remove coolant hoses (1, 6) on coolant pipe (8) | ||
7 | Remove hose clamps on coolant pipe (8), unclip coolant pipe (8) and remove | ||
8 | Unscrew nuts from expansion reservoir (5) and remove screws | ||
9 | Flip out retaining lug (arrow) from expansion reservoir (5) and remove expansion reservoir (5) | ||
10 | Install in reverse order |
