4 | Remove coolant pipe (2) on thermostat housing (4) and press downward | ||
5 | Remove coolant hose (3) from thermostat housing (4) | ||
6 | Remove the thermostat housing (4) from the coolant pump (8) | ||
7 | Remove both coolant thermostats (6) and seals (7) from the coolant pump (8) | ||

8 | Clean sealing surfaces | ||

9 | Check sealing surfaces for damage. | If damaged. | |

10 | Check the coolant hose (3) and sealing ring of the hose coupling for damage | If damaged. | |

Install new coolant hose (3) and/or sealing ring of the hose coupling. | |||

11 | Insert coolant thermostats (6) and new seals (7) in the coolant pump (8) | Installation: Note the installation markings (A). | |
12 | Attach the thermostat housing (4) to the coolant pump (8) | Bolt, thermostat housing to coolant pump | |
13 | Attach the coolant hose (3) to the thermostat housing (4) | Coat the sealing ring in the hose coupling of the coolant hose (3) with lubricant. Click safety clip onto coolant hose (3). | |
