Danger !

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Drain coolant at radiator

Remove engine cover

Remove poly-V belt

Detach vacuum hose from coolant pump (2)

Remove screw/bolts (1) of coolant pump (2)

Bolt, coolant pump to major assembly carrier

Remove coolant pump (2)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket.

Collect escaping coolant in a suitable container.

Install in the reverse order

Check cooling system for leaktightness
