2 | Remove radiator unit | ||
3 | Undo screw/bolts (2) at belt pulley (1) | Counterhold belt pulley (1). | |

4 | Remove poly-V belt (4) | ||
5 | Remove belt pulley (1) | ||
6 | Remove coolant thermostat housing (5) | ||
7 | Remove tensioning device (3) at the oil filter housing | ||
8 | Remove banjo bolt from banjo union (8) for bleed line | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
9 | Detach coolant hose (9) | ||
10 | Remove screw/bolts (7) | Installation: Pay attention to the different lengths of the screw/bolts (7). Tighten screw/bolts (7) cross-wise. | |

11 | Remove coolant pump (6) and gasket (10) | Installation: Replace seal (10). | |
12 | Clean sealing surfaces on oil filter housing and coolant pump (6) | ||
13 | Install in the reverse order |
