Remove oil dipstick

Remove electrical line plug of circuit 61 (4) from the alternator (G2)

Unscrew bolts (5) of the alternator (G2)

 Unscrew lower bolts (5) of alternator (G2) using a plug-in joint adapter.



Remove oil dipstick guide tube (1) upward

 Installation: Ensure the seal of the oil dipstick guide tube (3) is fitted correctly in the oil pan top section, otherwise heavy oil losses can occur and possibly engine damage.

Install in the reverse order



Checking

Carry out an engine test run and check engine for leaks
